This portfolio of hotels includes six Westins, two Hiltons, two Sheratons, two Marriotts and a Wyndham, totaling 5,466 rooms.

Data Plus was able to successfully bring all hotels online and live within two weeks of Interstate assuming management. Training for all properties was performed online in order to facilitate the rapid transition. The DPHSOnline service is hosted at a secure data center that is fully SAS70-certified.

We had a very short two-week time period to get accounting up and running for 13 large full service hotels. Based upon our history and experience with Data Plus we knew that their hosted solution was the best way to get this done. Data Plus Announces Real-time Inventory Interface with SpaSoft 3.1.1
North Chelmsford, MA – August, 2009 – Data Plus is pleased to announce the release of a certified interface between the DPHS Inventory application and SpaSoft 3.1.1.50. This real-time inventory interface uses a web portal with SOAP and XML messaging to provide two way communication of item and sales data.

Prior to this release, back office communication with point-of-sale occurred on a batch basis and was user driven, so there was a lag time between the point at which items are purchased and when inventory counts were updated. With the new SpaSoft Interface, communication takes place silently, with no user intervention, and inventory counts can be configured to occur at any interval. Data Plus users will have immediate access to accurate inventory counts and sales data directly from SpaSoft.
