I would say DPHS has improved our accounting operation in the following areas:
The export feature where we are now able to send financial statements, budgets, the rolling 12, and other reports to external and internal users via Excel.
Improved comparative analysis reporting where we can drill down to consolidated, regional or individual hotel departments or cost centers with relative ease.
Excellent support service with very prompt responses.
The remote access has been beneficial to me when traveling to our hotels. I can access any hotel if questions or requests come up. This was not the case with our in house system.
Importing journal entries from Excel into DPHS.
