Projects can be broken down into as many sections as needed, with both original and working budgets maintained. Project reporting includes budget, committed, and actual expense data. Standard configurations of products, such as as the components of a standard double room, can be stored as a template to be used to quickly build new projects.
Project Management is fully integrated with our Purchasing and Accounts Payable modules, so projects can be budgeted and tracked as commitments are made through purchase orders, and expenses are incurred as items are invoiced.
Features
Set Project Status – Projects can have a status of Active or Inactive.
Multi-Property Feature – Projects may be associated with one or more properties.
