Data Conversion
DPHS can convert existing data from most financial systems into a Data Plus format. Our goal is to help make the transition to a new system as quick and seamless as possible while enabling customers to maintain financial history in their databases.
Custom Forms and Interfaces
We offer a variety of formats for accounts payable and payroll checks. We can design a new format to for a customer’s existing check stock.
There are several optional interfaces with third party vendors including Fidelio, Stratton Warren, GEAC, ADP, and Kronos. We can work with a third party vendor to create a custom interface, enabling the client to complete repetitive tasks with greater accuracy and efficiency.
Consulting
We offer a variety of billable consulting services, including:

- Training
Installation
Systems are installed remotely in most cases and on site, if necessary. Installation times vary, but generally take less than a day.
Training
Training is conducted on site for small groups such as departmental staff, or large groups such as regional accounting staff. Remote online training sessions are also available. These are effective for refresher courses or explanations of specific features. For example, training a new accounts payable clerk about writing invoices and printing checks could be done on line.
Support
Customers are covered by annual support contracts which include technical support and upgrades, such as:

* How to use a particular function
* How to correct an error
* How to use the available tools to reconcile
Updates
* Software to correct bugs
* Software enhancements
* Installation of software updates
Items not covered (but can be handled and are applied an hourly rate)
* Reconciliation of hotel accounts, such as General Ledger Trial Balance being out of balance
* Database corruption
* Configuration issues related to new hardware, such as PCs and printers

Application Specialists are available by phone Monday – Thursday 8:30 am – 8:00 pm EST and Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm EST. Many questions can be answered over the phone or through email. Upgrades and research into more complex issues are conducted via modem or internet connections.
